SHIPPING & HANDLING:

Purchasing this item will incur a handling time of a minimum 24hrs as a final test is done before packing. The package will be padded securely and safely for the journey.

WARRANTY/RETURNS/REFUNDS:

In the event your recieve your item and find any faults that you would like to enquire about. Simply message us, as it could be something minor and we can help to sort it out. Otherwise we will have you return the item/s for a replacement or refund.

If you paid the shipping to return it back, simply include the reciept or a copy of the shipping reciept in the package so we can reimburse you for postage cost.

We will gurantee your purchase for 30 days. This does not include damage/malfunction by you or during transport.

Changing mind is not covered for return fees and will be charged 10% restocking fees (meaning you will receive only 90% of total purchase price as refund even if it’s not posted). You will liable for return fees.
